Black Leaders Embracing Soul Skills Each Day = Blessed
At BQYLA, Blessed Queen Mentors are passionate Soul Leaders from a variety of professions, who are poised to empower, encourage & impart Soul Skills. We've proudly partnered with intentionality, reaching back to support fun & positive transformational journeys of Black girls becoming Soul Leaders in their schools, communities and beyond. We know that developing leadership skills as young person will profoundly increase personal growth and success rates. Learning these skills in partnership with Queen Mentors who are compassionate and have been young Black girl themselves, provides a safe space for relatability, authenticity and culture. Your Butterfly Queen can spread her wings, feel seen, safe, and enjoy connecting with others in their age group, virtually and/or in person at Leadership Learning Labs designed for each stage of an eight-month transformation process.

Learning Labs are being designed as interactive monthly virtual group and in-community connections activities to promote Soul Leadership over an eight-month cycle of the leadership journey from elementary to middle school.
